Meta Sales Operations Program Manager interview questions

First recruiters approached me multiple times. Once I said yes, started with first round of discussions with sourcing recruiters or hiring leads - all good. Next step - speak with hiring manager. For some reason, manager won’t be able to connect. This cycle continued for 2-3 months. Kept reintroducing to different recruiters and then a meeting with hiring manager was promised which never happened. After three times, I decided to discontinue the discussion. So surprising that a reputed company like Facebook cared nothing about candidate experience or respected their time investment in the process.
