Meta Software Engineer(Internship) Interview Questions

I had one month preparation time after a recruiter contacted me. Interview was smooth, quite easy for me. I solved all the questions, interviewer seemed satisfying with my answers. After that recruiter was ghosting me for some time, then after a long break I just got standard reject email. Unpleasant experience.

A recruiter contacted me through Linkedin, then I sent my resume. I did 2 technical interviews (competitive programming problems). After waiting a bit I got an offer. That is all but i need to complete the 30 word mnimum lol

1 round of coding interview which consists of 2 algorithm questions in 45 minutes, 1 round of research interview about previous research background and system design related to computer graphics in 45 minutes.

Was put in touch with the recruiter through my school. She was slow to respond but always got back to me. My interviewer was based in Europe, and he was interviewing me at 6pm his time. He was inattentive/distracted during my interview and he did not provide any feedback during the interview. The question was a graph question. It wasn't that bad and I finished it relatively quickly and discussed tradeoffs/runtimes/how I could make it more efficient. Though, I definitely was a little nervous and not performing at the top of my game. A few weeks went by, and I was notified I had not been selected to move forward in the interview process. The interviewer sucked, but you can't blame anyone but yourself when interviewing for Meta. Prepare enough & you'll get it.

First round was a technical interview and a CodeSignal, second round was another technical interview (identical to first). Had a follow up round as well that was also identical. All interviews had two LeetCode questions and time for questions at the end.

Used Zoom and coderpad. Introduced myself and then start coding on two problems. Afterwards I asked a few questions about the company. Overall a good experience. That's all of it.

two questions ,one is easy and familiar the other is more difficult you have 45 minutes to solve the two questions the difficult one a this graph question it sounded similar to the lowest comm0n ancestor in a tree problem but I wasn't familiar with this question during the interview, also the graph given in an array was confusing to me especially the direction of the edges for each tuple

There was two phases. There was no important differences between the two phases. The main part of the interview was a technical interview about data structures and algorithms, which lastest about 45 minutes.

Two phone interviews and two team match interview. Each interview consists of two medium leetcode questions and sometimes a behavioral question. They expect you to quickly get the solution and dry run the code

The interview was ok. I had two coding problems. The first one was easy, but the second one I didn't find the optimal solution. I talked about the edge cases and complexity
