There were multiple rounds in the interview process:
1) phone screen by the recruiter that lasted about 15 mins
2) phone interview by the hiring manager that had job fit and logical case questions
3) on-site interview (each lasting 45 mins) by stakeholders, manager and senior leaders - job fit, behavioral and analytical case interview.
4) video conferencing with VP (45mins) that was mix of job fit and behavioral questions.
After all the rounds of interviews, the recruiter informed that they are not immediately filling the position!! How bad! They will keep me on file and will let me know if that team is ready to expand again.
