Interview
It was basically me talking through my portfolio about 30mins with architect who’s looking for new team mate. Few questions afterwards. That was it! The result of interview will be informed by email.

Question 1
What kind of projects are you interested in? In terms of purpose of building and scales ect.
One-step interview. But I know most people at the firm have had a two-step interview at the very least. It was casual and more of a discussion rather than an interrogation of past work. However, there were sneaky questions about architectural detailing which kept me on my toes.

Interview
Interview was very casual, they even had a dog sniff around and an associate drop in to say a couple words.
They weren't super fussed about the contents of the portfolio, but more to understand if your character fit their company.
