Interview was very casual, they even had a dog sniff around and an associate drop in to say a couple words. They weren't super fussed about the contents of the portfolio, but more to understand if your character fit their company.

One-step interview. But I know most people at the firm have had a two-step interview at the very least. It was casual and more of a discussion rather than an interrogation of past work. However, there were sneaky questions about architectural detailing which kept me on my toes.
