I had 4 interviews. My first was with the HR Recruiter over the phone, then with the Business unit manager over the phone, then in person with the person who would be my manager, and an in person again with the Business Unit manager. It was a fairly simple interview process, with nothing out of the ordinary.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lionbridge (London, England)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via email and had an initial phone conversation followed by a second interview which was in person. There were two people present during my second interview and the atmosphere was quite relaxed.
Straightforward and not too complicated. Just had to present ability to understand PM process and adaptability to be able to take on the role. Interviewers are very nice and open to a genuine conversation
