I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lidl (Arlington, VA)
Interview
I got an email for an interview asked me to go to a website and book a time for whenever is good for me. The interview was relatively easy and there were 2 managers - the store manager and the area manager- in the beginning, they said they wanted it to be as open as possible and that's what it came to be. A couple jokes were told and it lasted no less than 10 minutes. I received an offer 2 days later.
It was a conversation with the manager. He asked me about my experience, where I thought I’d be in 5 years, why I wanted to work there, and similar type interview questions.
Overall, it was a basic interview process. They asked about experience and why someone would be a good fit for the role. Just have some well-thought-out answers to common interview questions beforehand, and you should be fine.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Fresh Meadows, NY) in Jun 2025
Interview
Really easy interview process. Simple behavioral questions and scenario questions. Little to no pressure, very laid back. You should know the companies overall message and use that while interviewing for this position. Almost anyone can get hired, with or without experience.
