Applied via Lidl career website and got an interview call in a week. It was 2 rounds. After I cleared 1st round, i got a call within 3 days for next. Both rounds lasted 1.5 hrs each. Both interviews started off with Panel introduction and role explanation. Later i was given chance to introduce myself and brief details about my experiences. Salary expectation was asked on both occasions.
