Interview
First round was a motivational and competency interview with two managers from the Governance, legal and Compliance department. Second round was a mock presentation that I would give to staff training them in the relevant area. They were generally welcoming and we discussed various topics in the field amicably. I would have appreciated more feedback around the final decision having made a significant investment in the interview process.
