Applied online. Got an email to schedule a phone interview. On the day of the phone interview they did not call me at the scheduled time, the email states that you should call the store if you haven’t heard anything. I called the store and was put on hold, 8 mins into being on hold I received a call regarding the interview. The call took a few minutes and I was asked 3 questions. Interviewer asked if I was a student I said no. I was asked about my availability as well. Interviewer seemed uninterested and was short on the phone. I asked a 2 questions of my own and that was it. Received an email the next day stating I was rejected.

How would you handle a situation if you are helping 1 customer but and other customer interrupts because they need help.
Was a relatively easy interview, they just tell you the duties and will probably hire you right after the interview. Super duper basic stuff that anyone could do you’ll just be sorting clothes unloading the truck and whatnot nothing that you can’t handle.

I was contacted via email for a virtual interview. I signed up for a date and time and proceeded to wait. I logged in but no one showed up. The site kept cutting off because no one entered the interview platform. I never heard back from Kohl's.

Interview
It was a video interview and very short. Sounded promising but they emailed me that I did not get the job. I am very presentable and engaging. I did not understand why they wouldn't hire for a seasonal worker who shows up has reliable transportation an wants to work.
