Interview was all done virtual, everyone was on time and very kind. The recruiting team was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I ended up declining the offer but it was only due to the work location ended up needing to be too far away from my current one.

Describe challenging work situation and how you overcome it?
It was easy and simple. Only 1 round and then offer sent through email. Should we easy to answer questions if you look into the company. Not hard at all

Interview
This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
