I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI) in Apr 2019
Interview
Pretty Straight forward. Generally starts with with a screening interview or phone call, and if they like you get invited for an on-site interview. The recruiter/hiring manager was very nice and made sure that I was comfortable. We went over my background, my goals for the future and skills I thought might be relevant for the position.

Interview
It was a good experience overall. I was interviewed by two different people on the same day. The women I interviewed with were merchandise analysts within the company. It's good to be prepared and having experience with data/spreadsheets/basic retail math is very helpful.
