Interview
A series of interviews. First a phone interview with an emphasis on behavioral questions and sales situations. Next is an in person interview at the facility. First you meet with HR and they ask similar questions to the phone interview. Afterwards, the have you listen to a few calls and meet the supervisors. One of more of the supervisors then ask you more detailed questions, lots of "Tell me about a time when . . . "
In person, then a call witg an offer, with an email offer as well, then training on computer and in perosn with another associate. Then on your own for the rest of the tome
Not too hard.Very friendly.Interview lasted about 25 mns.They asked me about my background,and few behavioral questions.Manager was very sympathetic and nice.It was a one round phone interview and the hiring process was fast.It was a part time job
Sit down with the manager. Asked basic questions and name time about various situations. Also, wanted to see your experience. Seemed like they like older people, and want more experience.
