Interview
I applied online and after a week I got an email asking to come for an interview. There were 4 different days to come in for an interview as well as different times to come in on those days. The interview process was easy, I filled out a form of the times and days that I was available. The hiring manger did most of the talking and asked me very few questions. He said that I would heard from them in a week. It’s been past a week and I haven’t heard back.
Was a relatively easy interview, they just tell you the duties and will probably hire you right after the interview. Super duper basic stuff that anyone could do you’ll just be sorting clothes unloading the truck and whatnot nothing that you can’t handle.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to work here
I was contacted via email for a virtual interview. I signed up for a date and time and proceeded to wait. I logged in but no one showed up. The site kept cutting off because no one entered the interview platform. I never heard back from Kohl's.

Interview
It was a video interview and very short. Sounded promising but they emailed me that I did not get the job. I am very presentable and engaging. I did not understand why they wouldn't hire for a seasonal worker who shows up has reliable transportation an wants to work.
