Straightforward. Reviewed my resume and asked standard interview questions. The process lasted a few days. There was no drug test for me. The store manager interviewed me. The questions were easy and she was very respectful.

Interview
Applied online through Snagajob and received a call about 5 days later to set up an interview for the following Friday. The interview was with a group of 4 other people and the two hiring managers. One asked the questions while the other wrote down a score. It was all very relaxed. Everyone took turns being the first to answer the questions. After the interview was over we were given paperwork to fill out with our availability and references. I have yet to hear from Kohl's.

It was an group interview, it was basic questions, the employer made you feel comfortable also honest, laid back better then my other interviews. Will email you within 24 hours or a week if you get the job may or may not drug test
