Group interview. Offered job. The questions they ask are very easy. However, be aware that they will not offer training if hired. In the interview you need to show that you can self teach yourself (ie how to use the register. I was never trained)

Question 1
Simple questions.
Would you be able to sell Kohl’s credit cards? How would you get customers to open them.
Pretty good, for seasonal. They asked basic questions. But also be sure to have questions of your own. Do research of the company before hand is always a good rule of thumb.
I had a Phone interview and was hired on the spot. Super relaxed interview process. No drug testing, but i think that’s normal for retail not to drug test. Started almost a week later.

A video call interview through zoom that lasts roughly 15 minutes, and then a decision within 3 to 4 business days. This was for a seasonal position for the Christmas rush, so the process might be difficult for a long term position.
