Received an email the day I applied, asking to set up an interview. It was an automated email basically, you clicked the link and it took you to a page where you could schedule a time and date for your interview. Went in on the day I scheduled my interview, it was very laid back and quick, maybe 15 minutes. I was hired on the spot.

I applied online on a Saturday and got contacted on Monday to schedule an interview. I had the interview the following Thursday. I arrived 5 minutes early, however, my interviewer was 10 minutes late. The other workers in the customer service area were super nice through and we chatted the whole time. The manager interviewing me was super nice and offered me a water/coke and something to snack on from their break room. We then walked to his office and he introduced me to other management along the way. He asked my opinion on the color he had just painted his office and whether or not the art pieces looked good..it was super light and laid back. He asked me no typical interview question and instead chatted with me like we were old friends. After 10 minutes of talking he hired me on the spot. I got my offical offer the next morning, my background information passed a couple hours later, and scheduled my orientation for two days after that. It was a easy, comfortable, and fast process.

The two ladies were very friendly, nice and straight forward about hiring . The questions were related to how you treat customers. It sound like you would be hired because the store has openings for the seasonal hiring. I did not get called.
