I applied online and was offered an interview a couple days later. On the day of the interview, I showed up at customer service and the general manager came over to bring me to their office. They asked me about 5 or 6 questions and that was it.

Question 1
When was a time you overcame a hardship? What did you do to overcome it?
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
