I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (Sacramento, CA) in Mar 2012
Interview
Was called for a group interview about 1 month after I applied. The group interview was big, 11 people. Many of them were dresses inappropriate for an interview. Wearing leggings, sandals, and very low cut shirts. We each got asked 3 questions and had to fill out some paperwork and they said we would get a call in a week or 2 since the guy was going on vacation. I got a call 1 1/2 weeks later asking to come in for a "second interview" when I got there, they told me I was hired.

Interview
I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

Question 1
Can you name a time you had to show good teamwork?
scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Question 1
They asked me to be available for a zoom call at a specified time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Fort Smith, AR) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
