Kohl's took a while to get back to me when I initially applied however the interview was very relaxed. I interviewed with the store manager and I was offered the job immediately.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's in Nov 2011
Interview
I applied to Kohls on Snagajob.com last week Wednesday. I got a call 2 days later from a manager asking me to come in for an interview Monday at 6pm. I went to the interview and there was one other person waiting as well. The manager took us into a backroom and told us to fill out work forms and simple questionares for backround checks and such. We waited for other people to come, supposedly there were to be 8 of us all but only one other girl showed up. So 3 in the group interview altogether. He then asked a question and gave each of us a turn to answer it. If we agreed with another individuals answer we had to say "I agree" He asked us about 5 questions. He then told us that he would meet with us one by one in his office to discuss availability and our applications. After one person went it was then my turn to meet with him. I went in his office, he asked more about my availability and then said he would like to offer me the position. I filled out the work forms then and there and he set me up on a date for orientation.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kohl's

Applied online, called in for interview and hired days later. The interview was a 1:1 with the hiring manager in her office. I was asked the basic interview questions and received an email a few days later notifying me I got the job. It was a very simple process.
