I applied online on KnowBe4's website. The next week I had a phone interview and then a face-to-face panel interview. The panel interview was fairly casual - we discussed my background and why I was interested in the position. At one point, they gave me a role-playing scenario simulating a call with a customer. At the end of the panel interview, I took three tests on a computer: timed aptitude, timed IQ, and untimed personality. They called a couple times with follow-up questions and to let me know where they were in the process. A few days after the interview I had an offer.
