I appreciate that your application process is simple and to the point unlike a lot of companies. I applied online as I’ve been doing for years. This time u made it to the phone interview stage ... The young lady was very nice and professional however I unfortunately was not selected to move forward to a face to face interview. I found out via email that they decided to move forward with other candidates. Although this news was very disheartening, I appreciate them letting me know . I simply wish they would have advised me on what I need to improve on if anything to obtain a face to face interview.
