I had an interview scheduled, the first question asked was my Visa status. I did not have the required visa, and that was the end of the interview. The job description did not mention the visa status. A waste of the candidate's time as well as the interviewer's.

Received an email about a week after applying requesting availability for a phone call to discuss previous work experience/background. . Scheduled the phone call for the same week. Quick phone interview. The recruiter was pleasant and answered all my questions.
