Interview
Stage 1: Screening
By following the directions and responding to this screening email, you will have completed the first stage of our LQA Recruitment Process.
Stage 2: Recruitment Test
Should you do well in screening, the linguistic test will be sent to you via email, you will have 48 hours to return the tests to us even though it might only take you 3-4 hours to complete them. The linguistic exams will be sent to you based upon the availabilities you provided in Question A in the Employment Suitability questions below.
Parts of the test will be written in your first language, others in English, as indicated by its instructions. Your game knowledge, your research skills and a range of other transferable skills such as motivation and attention to detail will also be tested.
*After submitting the test I received no answer (+10 days ago), I understand I didn't pass because only successful candidates will be contacted.
Stage 3: Interview
Should you do well on the tests, you will be interviewed by either phone or Skype. We will contact you for your availabilities.
Stage 4: Training
Candidates will be invited to a training session as soon as we require them for a project. There is usually a delay between the interview and training be-
cause we will only schedule a training when we have shortages on projects, or a new project arrives.
The 3-day training session takes place at the KWS Montréal office and is paid. Training is also performance-oriented and is something you must pass before becoming a LQA tester.
