Interview
Step 1: Submit my application by deadline
(might have the online assessment but I applied to KPMG last year so I didn't need to take the online assessment this time)
Step 2: about 3-5 days, they contacted me for the first round interviews=1 behavioral + 1 case (45min each, back to back)
Step 3: the senior consultant called me that I passed the first round in the afternoon of the interview day, and they told me I will have a final round next week
Step 4: 24 hour case study with 30min presentation in front of two senior managers, followed by 1 30min partner chat

KPMG has 14 structured questions for behavioral questions, they will send the question list prior to your interview and you can prepare for the answers.
first round with consultant and senior consultant, multiple mini cases and behavioural questions
very quick to move to second round
second round with senior manager, case presentation etc
slow response time after second round
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
