      Interview

The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG in Oct 2019

      Interview

Straightforward, very relaxed and informal. 2 Interviews with people in senior positions within your selected division, 2 45 minute interviews and then the 7 days long waiting process. Prior to this filled in an application form online and was called for an insight evening a few weeks later.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at KPMG (London, England) in Mar 2016

      Interview

Fairly straight forward and very well guided. Overall a pleasant process. First stage- phone interview. Interviewer explicitly states which of the competencies they're looking for. Most questions available online. Second stage- assessment centre. Fairly straight forward. Number of office-style exercises including group work and writing reports. Final stage- partner interview. More intensive than other sections, was very focused on career motivation.
