I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KPMG (Bengaluru) in Sept 2016
Interview
Shortlist was based on the form we filled.
There was a presentation for the shortlisted students(around 160). Followed by GD,PI and HR.
GD: Topics differed among job roles. Here are the list of topics:
-For or against topics like automation, driverless cars.
-ios vs android
Around 30-35 people were shortlisted for the PI.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
There were 3 job roles: Management consulting, Forensics and Ethical hacking.
Surprisingly MC PI had technical questions that to about software testing. I was unable to answer s/w testing questions and as it turned out i was rejected because of the very few questions that i din't answer in s/w testing, same was told to me when i asked for feedback.
Around 25 people were shortlisted for HR round. Questions were pretty default like why kpmg? your 5year plan? Will you relocate? Are you willing to travel more?
Out of which around 18 were taken. Surprisingly lot of girls were taken, and this is the scenario in all the companies that came to our college till date.
So if sisters go get placed and brothers may the force be the with you all! :)
KPMG is really good company. No one should have second thoughts on this! I think that i dint like is one of the interviewer was constantly on phone and didn't bother much about the interview. And in my case they took 3 hours to say no. So one request from my side to KPMG is. Please don't make people wait and make them build false hope and then break there heart.
I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (Vancouver, BC) in May 2026
Interview
The whole interview process was 1 hr. 30 minutes behavioural interview and 30 minute business case study interview. The question itself was okay. The staff was kind and welcoming. It was good experience,
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I applied for supply chain department so the questions were based on that area not your personal characteristics or so.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KPMG (Edmonton, AB) in Sept 2025
Interview
There are 2 rounds. The first round is 1 hour BQ+case study. I answered the BQ pretty decent I think but I tumbled on the case study (1 big question and 5 sub questions). I came from a deep tech background and was not sure what type of answers they wanted. The two interview seemed pretty disinterested to the interview but they still answered all my questions. The scheduling and rejection was timely.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Sydney)
Interview
Interviewers were very interesting and friendly so felt very comfortable. Felt more conversational which helped and also had other people doing interviews around me so didn’t feel as intimidating. It was two on one and focused mostly on CV or tell me about a time
