Interview
2 separate interviews. Each was a one hour panel interview with 3 Deere employees alternating asking questions. The questions were in the STAR format and they were taking notes describing the answers.

5 questions, all were very communication based, with people of different backgrounds, how you work together etc, and the started off the process giving you a chance to tell who you are.

A phone call to discuss the role and general introduction. The main part is the behavioral interview process, which doesn't have any questions specific to the role. I interviewed with two groups of two people, one hour each.
