    They contacted for a brief description about your experiences and what the job will be offering. They also contacted your references and that might be giving you hope that they are interested in you but trust me, its far beyond that. They later schedule a day for 2 rounds of interviews 1 hour each and the questions range from experiences to storytelling and imaginary situations. They will read the questions and they have an expectation of what they want you to say. They use STAR interview method.
