Got all ready for the call, and was told that 'you do not have enough experience, we will have to pass sorry' now I am very surprised they took the time to do this call, I applaud them for that. Automated rejection emails are the standard. But, I would have reworded that email so that the applicant doesn't think they are going on to the next interview, tell them something else that would hint to them they will not be moving forward with you, then call. So they do not get their hopes up.
