Looking to get into the management consulting world. Have worked for Deere for over 10 years with diverse experience mostly across marketing and operations. 13 years overall experience. I have an MBA from Indiana and an MS from Purdue. Any insight or assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am a grade 8 SWE (probably important context). I am expecting to be disappointed. And if market adjustment + my raise is not at least 15% I may move on.
