I met the recruiters at a Conference and got a phone call to set up an interview. I was then interviewed by 2 employees where one was asking all the questions and the other one was taking notes. After the interview concluded, they said HR would contact me in 2 weeks. In 3 days I receive a phone call getting a job offer, followed by an extensive email with this details about the internship.

Met with rep on campus through a club sponsored event and had a casual talk with a recruiter. I pitched myself, gave my resume, and was instructed to apply online. They told me if I was selected to interview I’d be notified in 2 weeks and that they’d decide by the end of the month. Exactly 2 weeks later I received a phone interview and by the end of the month I was notified that I received the position. Interview took a little over an hour and was a straight hour of behavioral questions and the interviewer getting to know me.
