One Hackerrank assessment - two LeetCode easy in 1 hr. Followed up by one behavioral interview with two engineers - about an hour long. Overall straightforward and not that bad

Interview
John Deere does not ask technical questions in their Interviews. Be prepared to answer many behavior questions. "Describe an event when...". Look up the STAR method to interviewing. After a preliminary interview at school, I was offered a chance to go to the second round of interviews in Moline, IL. After two one on one interviews, we toured headquarters and met with recent hires.
There was one round of behavioral interviews conducted over digital teleconferencing means, followed by a technical assessment online. The technical assessment was language agnostic and tests problem solving abilities as well as coding competency.

Q: Describe how you helped explain a technical process to a non-technical user in the past.
Hackerrank first (9 questions, 7 multiple choice and 2 coding questions), then had a 45 min behavioral interview with 2 people. Entire process took maybe 2-3 weeks, then another week to hear about my offer.
