STAR format is used and followed during the interview process. The STAR format structures interview answers by clearly outlining the Situation, Task, Action, and Result, helping candidates deliver concise, relevant, and impact-driven responses employers can easily evaluate.

Straight foreword interview process. It included behavioral questions only using STAR method. 5-7 question for each interview. There was a total of 2 rounds of interviews each with a 2 person panel.
Star Format on behavioral questions with 2 panels. Asked about myself then describe themselves. Then asked 5 behavioral questions in each interview. Then provided me with the opportunity to ask question related to the job.
