In preparation for the interview, the primary focus was on behavioral aspects, emphasizing the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) technique. This method is commonly employed to systematically answer behavioral questions by elaborating on specific situations, assigned tasks, actions taken, and the subsequent results. The interview process involved interactions with two interviewers, both of whom posed questions in alignment with this approach. The entire experience was enlightening. Not only did I have the opportunity to showcase my competencies and past experiences, but it also allowed me to gain insights into the professional journeys of the interviewers. Hearing about their unique experiences, challenges faced, and the strategies they employed in their respective roles provided a comprehensive understanding of the organization's work culture and ethos. Such interactions are invaluable, as they offer a realistic glimpse into the company's operations and expectations.
