One round phone interview with Executive Recruiter to discuss the role and my qualifications. It was a high-level discussion of my qualifications and fit for the role. I was informed I would move on to the next stage but was finally informed -- after 3 weeks of pinging the recruiter -- that they were closing the role. This should not reflect negatively on the recruiter because it's not their fault. It's just an example of Intel's slow execution.
