The bonuses were excellent these were given every quarter and also free gym membership encouraging employers to stay fit and active in the busy work life schedules
Package is very good, only downside is that i think each group should be measured for bonuses and divided out there instead of everyone losing money because of very bad management in another module.

Shift allowance and over time are great to make up your pay, bonuses are also handy but are hard to predict. shift patter can be tough nights mess with your life as does weekends
Share Purchase Program (now 10% of salary) and Bonuses to Shares are really good programs. Restricted Stocks allocation has gotten poor lately. health insurance is great. All flexibility /work from home/parental leave etc usually trumped by "Business needs" all down to your manager rather than corporate policy.

The benefits is the best part. The benefits though pretty standard are good. Intel has a stock purchase plan which is an excellent way to save. The health package is very good too add that to generous bonuses and it's a nice addition to your net salary.
