Hiring manager came to my school and recruited from various VLSI related classes. I went to their evening presentation and got an interview the day after. The 30 minute interview consisted of problem solving and technical questions, which were all pretty easy and fundamental.

You are given two black boxes, each with 2 terminals sticking out of it. One box contains a Thevenin equivalent circuit, and one contains a Norton equivalent. You may do anything you want except open the box. How do you determine which one is which?
