I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Gilbert, AZ) in Oct 2008
Interview
Very slow hiring process after interview. They pay for everything when coming from out of town for an interview, rental car, hotel, meals...
All questions are very general HR questions. The technical questions are non-specific to their technology. They just ask question on how you would troubleshoot a problem and how you would go about having a manual corrected that is incorrect.

Interview
There was a phone screening that lasted about 15 minutes and then two part In person interview. The interview consisted of both behavioral and general technical questions. The interview questions were very easy in my opinion.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied online and got called in a week. The process and interview was pretty smooth and easy than I thought. I had 4 Interviewers of asking technical questions, another behavioral and personality, the other one explained the type of work I would doing if hired. they were all really nice. I think they were looking for a someone to fill the position asap, and since I didn't ask much they took advantage it.
