Interview
The interview was very structured. It included a full day of interviews with group leaders, independent contributors, and process development engineers. I gave a fifty minute talk about my graduate research and had numerous questions and interruptions, which showed that most people in the room had a genuine interest in the interview and wanted to test my ability. The interview also included lunch and a window tour of the fab line.
