I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) in Apr 2012
Interview
I submit my resume at conference where Intel have booth for career fair. Two week later, I got an e-mail from hiring manager to set up a quick phone interview. After phone interview, he invited me for an on-site interview. The onsite interview consist of several 1:1 interview. It is really technical. I did not get behavior question at all. All I can say is, they just go through your resume so know everything that you put there and you will be fine. And also 45-50 min technical presentation.
Intel treated me really well.
Very easy interview process. It took 3 months to get the offer. great work experience, poor management. strict deadlines. stressful, no work life balance, low salary, poor communication between upper management and engineers. lots of office politics

Interview
The manager emphasized questions about teamwork and collaboration, since my technical expertise had already been demonstrated and was not a concern during the interview process. The manager and his colleague took turns asking questions.
