Interview
I had a very positive experience with the recruitment process. Everything full transparent the recruiter Katie did an excellent job throughout the whole process.
Round 1:
A screening call with the recruiter, where I was given an overview of the Mid-Market business across Australia and New Zealand. I shared my career background, motivations, and why I was specifically interested in HubSpot
Round 2:
This consisted of two parts. First was a competency-based interview with a sales manager, followed by a cold call role play. The scenario involved following up with a company that had downloaded content or visited the HubSpot website, and the goal was to assess their needs through effective questioning.
Round 3:
The 3rd part was a deeper discovery role play with another manager. This was a follow-up meeting from the initial call, where I had to run a full discovery, qualify the lead using BANT, and agree on next steps. There were also more competency-based questions during this stage.
Final Round:
A 30-minute Q&A session with another sales manager, focused more on fit, mindset, and clarifying any remaining questions from both sides.

The interview process was intensive, but your Recruiter will give you all the info along the way. First a recruiter calls, then a role-play & segment manager call, followed and 1.5 hour call with two different leaders on the team

Diese Aussage ist diskriminierend und verstößt gegen den Geist des AGG (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz).
Statt die fachliche Qualifikation und Vertriebserfahrung in den Vordergrund zu stellen, scheint das Alter ein entscheidender Faktor gewesen zu sein.
Klare Fokussierung auf Kompetenzen, Erfahrung und Motivation der Bewerber anstelle des Alters.
Ich habe nach über einem Monat weder eine Zu- noch eine Absage erhalten! Aber als wäre das nicht genug ist die selbe Stellenausschreibungen wieder Online.
