Applied online and was sent an invite to the online video interview portal. Quite an interesting experience because they focused on who you are, rather than what qualifications or skills you have. Rather situational in nature. Was called for a phone interview with HR. I was excited because I heard really good things about this portion but my interviewer sounded either bored or distracted through it all. Through the call, it was obvious they made up their mind about me already in the first five minutes. So, do focus on presenting your best foot forward. No feedback was given, perhaps because they already knew they didn't want to hire me.
