I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HubSpot (Sydney) in Jan 2016
Interview
Overall, was a very positive experience and time spent interviewing in worthwhile! Recruiter moved quickly and was very communicative. Team members were warm and asked relevant, yet tough questions. Started off with a 30 minute phone screening, followed by a 30 minute phone interview, and ended with a 2.5 hour in-person interview.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HubSpot
Interview
Fair interview timeframe but once you move up in the interviewing process you’re given a project which you are to present at the final round. You are basically given a scenario much like one you’d have if you were in the role. Your job is to be creative but efficient in your problem solving skills.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HubSpot (Sydney) in Aug 2020
Interview
After applying online I was contacted by HS's internal recruiter for Sydney. We arranged a time to call. After 20 minutes of questions about my experience we discussed salary expectations. We were way off, not in the same ball park and I was impressed that the recruiter called it there & then, showing great Transparancy, a key HS trait.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Feb 2020
Interview
I had an initial phone screen and then met with the hiring manager. Both went well. I was asked the standard questions for an initial interview — mainly checking for mutual fit, previous work experience review etc. unfortunately, this was 2020 and the hiring process froze right there and I never heard back.
