Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone interview with the District Manager, followed by another phone interview with the Manager and supervisor. I was asked to meet in person with two engineers during lunch time and we ate as they asked me questions. Very casual and I felt comfortable.

Recruited with the help of a recruiting agency. I initially applied for a position online which got declined. Was contacted after a while for a similar position and the process, after the initial phone discussion, comprised of: 1 interview with the agency and 2-3 interviews with the employer.
