The interview process consisted of one phone screen and two group/panel calls. Each call was one week apart, and the entire process from beginning to end was approximately four weeks.

First i had a very brief phone interview, mostly talking about my educational background and then we scheduled a face-to-face interview after that. The interview was very short. She wanted to get to know about me, my educational background, my goals, and then she told me more about her position, what it is she does, how her job works, and how it fits in to the bigger picture.
