I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE (Plano, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview process was fairly quick and easy. Since I was applying to a position that required me to move to a different state, the entire interview process was done over the phone. First was a phone interview with a recruiter, it was a very conversational type interview and relaxed. The second interview was also over the phone with someone else more focussed on hitting numbers and making money.

Interview
It was a virtual interview with 2 interviewers. Both didn't open up their face cam, 1 can hear dogs barking in the background. Not professional imo but up for debate.

Interview
The interviewers are not opening video, it seems like I'm talking to a wall. I can hear pet noises in the background. Not that I mind that much but it shows unprofessionalism. An interviewee is expected to be professional but they seem not to act that way.
