Interview
Few rounds of assessments - debates, role plays and a sharing on the company itself. Found that they were pretty transparent with the expectations but also the rewards if you do make it through. To note: I also had friends in the company or in the industry, and heard HAYS is the type of company that only works for a certain type of person.

Interview
It was very straightforward and not that hard. They mostly want to know if you are resilient and your motivations. Also was told about my job scope in a lot of detail.
Very fun, had a role playing session with the regional director. They pit you against other candidates in the room and get you to debate , role play and present about the company. Second round is done on the day itself with your respective hiring managers.
