Harrods interview questions

Harrods provided a really positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. They gave thoughtful and constructive feedback after each interview stage, which made the process feel transparent and professional. Communication was consistent, timely, and clear from start to finish, and the recruitment team kept me updated at every step. Overall, the experience felt well organised, respectful of candidates’ time, and reflective of the high standards associated with Harrods.

I applied on their online portal. I had to do a personality/psychometric test. It was multiple choice and quite fun to do but ultimately, I wasn't selected to go through to the interview process. I also uploaded my CV/Showreel but it clearly didn't make a difference to their selection process. Just contributing this information in case someone else applies for a job with Harrods and finds this useful.
