2nd Direct leader call: 1-hour call. He explained the area, the day-to-day work, and the main challenges. Basic questions, nothing tricky, good energy.
3rd Director: another 1 hour call, direct, clear, no tricky. We aligned expectations. Again, amazing energy and even being very anxious, in a few minutes, I was relaxed and comfortable.
